Gotta love a little flashback to the days of the Parent Trap twins. You may not love Lindsay Lohan, but it’s impossible not to love these snacks the girls bond over in the infamous “isolation cabin.” No recipe required here–just break ’em open, add the peanut butter, and enjoy the taste of childhood!
P.S. I’ll admit, I’m a bit of a health nut. I used reduced fat Oreos, and I like these better with the frosting scraped out first (I just don’t like frosting that much…I’m sorry, Double-Stuff Oreo lovers of the world!)
Another tip to health it up: use crunchy almond butter instead of peanut butter. I love the “Barney Butter” brand–absolutely delicious. You can’t even tell the difference!
